The Biddle Memorial Foundation (BMF) focuses on making a positive difference in people’s lives in and around the Sheridan community.

About The Foundation

The Biddle Memorial Foundation was established in 2001 by the late Ken & Velma Biddle of Sheridan and is a 501(c)3 charitable organization. It's primary focus is to continue her and late husband's (Ken Biddle) philanthropical heritage in the Sheridan community and surrounding areas. Recent beneficiary's have included: AGAPE Therapeutic Horse Riding Center for handicapped children, CPR (Creating Positive Relationships), Riverview Hospital Memorial Foundation, Sheridan Community Center, Biddle Memorial Park, Sheridan Police department, Sheridan High School scholarships, and Make A Wish of Indiana.

The Foundation is a private foundation. We accept grant proposals only for charitable, educational, or scientific purposes, primarily from tax-exempt, charitable organizations. We do not provide funding for projects that benefit specific individuals or that serve religious purposes based on the limitations of our status.
